Lease Accelerator, a leasing management software company, contracted me to redesign the homepage and documentation page for their customer service portal and a complex infographic of their industry benchmark study. I was responsible for obtaining the objectives from the CSC stakeholders to redesign the relevant pages in order to be more user friendly. Customers were have a difficult time finding appropriate resources with the previous design. I came up with the content hierarchy, suggesting removing superfluous information that customers would not be searching for, and improved the overall layout and design. Their customers responded favorably during user testing and implemented the new design.
For the infographic, I was tasked with taking dense survey data and presenting it in a visually appealing way for sharing on Pinterest and other social channels. I was responsible for culling through all the data, determining the best content to be represented, coming up with a branded color palette and visuals to tell the benchmark study story.
