MGM Resorts hired me as a contract designer to help lead the design effort of the redesign of their mobile homepage. The goal was to create an experience that anticipates the users needs throughout their trip journey as well as project a more modern look of their brand. This journey includes the planning stage, pre-trip, check-in, in-trip and checkout. During each of these phases I suggested offering relevant time-based information including check-in availability, use of their digital key, entertainment/dining offers based on their browsing data, late check out offers and rewards member incentives. The new design has a modern look showcasing more of their photography and brand colors. The experience and design was well received by internal stakeholders and performed very well during user testing.
