- Responsible for heading up the user experience and design for select First Data products including: First Data Same Day Funding, Clover Capital, Clover Online and Clover Online Listings. 
- Partnered with product and marketing teams to review merchant data in order to optimize products and features. Created user flows, conducted research, analyzed competitors to inform experience and design choices. 
- Presented clickable prototypes via InVision to stakeholders and leadership teams.
